How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Where do you deliver your products to?

We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom, but will be looking to expand our delivery service further in the future. 

How will my item be sent to me?

Our items are sent through Royal Mail Click and Drop service. We offer Tracked 24 and tracked 48 services. Both provide full online tracking for customers and email/SMS notifications for recipients. Tracked 24 should b e delivered 24 hours after being handed over to Royal Mail, and Tracked 48 should be delivered within 48 hours of being handed over to Royal Mail.

What if my parcel is lost in the post?

Each parcel will be sent with insured shipping and handling. In the event that your parcel does go missing in the post, please contact us at nicoleswellnessjourney1@outlook.com
